You can use the free tier without a card, and you only pay when you choose a paid plan. That is deliberate — we’d rather you upgrade because the service already earned it.
If Sahaya isn’t working out, tell us within 14 days of your first payment on any paid plan and we’ll refund it in full — no questions beyond the ones that help us improve.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing or by writing to us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you are not billed again. We don’t give partial refunds for unused days of a billing period that has already started. After cancellation you keep 30 days of access to export your data.
Duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or amounts that don’t match your plan are refunded in full, always. Write to us with the payment reference and we’ll sort it out.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Contact for anything on this page: support@sahayaos.com.
